I have been a competitive athlete for most of my life, gaining a large amount of knowledge through my opportunities as a top age group swimmer, a nationally ranked triathlete (3x Ironman), as well as a national qualifier in both bodybuilding and Physique competitions.
One of my greatest accomplishments has been the hundreds of athletes I’ve had the honor of coaching. I have had the pleasure of being apart of their first 5k, first strength program, first triathlon, all the way up to athletes wanting to qualify in World Championship arenas.
It is my goal as a coach, teacher, and trainer, to pass my love for fitness onto my athletes and clients.
I specialize in functional fitness classes and one on one personal strength training. I also hold a Level II triathlon and cycling certification. In the past I have also coached masters swimming, running and biking.
Strength and functional training have been my real passion, when incorporated into any sport or
lifestyle, you can’t go wrong.
