My Story
A Personal Trainer since 2003, Joe has mastered his craft year in and year out by specializing in several populations. Populations such as Autism, Down Syndrome, Rehab, and Sports Specific training.
Joe's athletic background consist of coaching collegiate baseball, and working with Youth Travel Organizations. He takes athletic improvement to another level with his clients, using a firm understanding of Biomechanics.
Joe’s experience and personality is why he is sought after throughout the community. His client's results come from a fun and energetic training experience for any of those requiring motivation.
